Warranty & Disclaimer
The following warranties are applicable to all Look products:
DOMESTIC/LIGHT COMMERCIAL
5 years on finishes.
5 years on ceramic disc.
12 months on manufactured components.
3 months on o-rings and jumper valves.

COMMERCIAL (HEAVY)
12 months on finishes.
6 months on ceramic disc.
3 months on manufactured components.
3 months on o-rings and jumper valves.

Look will, within the above warranty periods from invoice date and subject to proof of any faulty workmanship
or material, at its option repair or replace the faulty product to Look satisfaction. This guarantee will not apply,
if any product fault is caused by improper use, improper installation, or, either of the following is not observed:
1. Applicable Health Act
2. Any regulation or other standards which governs the water supply and sewerage plumbing requirements
for installation in a particular area or location.
This guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective parts only. Labour charges and/or damage
incurred in installation, repair or consequential damage, or otherwise suffered or incurred by any such
person, are excluded from the guarantee.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Look recommends that all products be installed by a licensed plumber.
Mixer products are not suitable for gravity fed hot water systems or bore water fed systems.
The materials and workmanship of Look product is of high quality and in order to maintain the original appearance it is important not to use abrasive cleaners or harsh detergents.
Cleaning of the product should only be done with either warm soapy water, or a mild detergent and a soft cloth, on a regular basis. The product should be then wiped dry with a clean, dry cloth.
To remove lime stains, use diluted household vinegar in the same manner as the liquid detergent.
Under no circumstances should you install with acetone silicones.
Look has a policy of continual product improvement and reserves the right to make alterations in engineering, designs, dimensions and specifications without prior notice.
Look does not pay third party warranty claims.
The Look Range is manufactured by Imaxia Global Industries Pty Ltd on behalf of Look Tapware and Look Industries Pty Ltd.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
All claims for incorrect pricing or delivery must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. Goods returned after this period will incur a 15% handling fee. Goods correctly delivered, as ordered, but wished to be returned, will incur a 15% handling charge after prior approval of Look for return by our nominated method of transport. No claims will be accepted after 6 months from delivery date.
